Detailed
"I've noticed that my meetings always run over""I have a hard time creating a good agenda""I want to get participants more involved in my meetings""How do I lead the discussion to ensure that everyone has their say?""How do I make sure that everyone prepares for the meeting?" We attend many meeting through our work. However, which meetings are truly effective? When can you achieve the desired results with a meeting? And how creative is such a meeting actually? Holding a constructive meeting is no easy task. As chairman, you feel a high degree of responsibility in this regard. You prepare for the meeting, you create an agenda, and choose a meeting room. In spite of all this, the meeting does not go the way you'd hoped. You don't get to all of the agenda points, for example. Or you feel the meeting is not interactive enough. Perhaps you have your doubts about the quality of the decision-making process in your meeting. Or you have a hard time coping with difficult situations such as heated discussions, people who are vague, or time pressure. If you are all too familiar with the picture above, then a "Master of Meetings" training is for you. We train you in your role as chairman. On the one hand, this is very practise-oriented, with a focus on the agenda, the structure in a meeting and the preparations required. You will practise leading a meeting, so that you can improve your skills as a meeting chairman. You also practise as a participant in a meeting, so that you can also see a meeting from the other side.
