Boudewijn Overduin is the founder and member of the board at Vergouwen Overduin. Vergouwen Overduin is a major player in the training market in Europe, active in an international network and with 25 years of experience and expertise in training and consultancy. Boudewijn Overduin is responsible for the development of the company in areas such as Talent Management and the results-oriented aspects of training and education.




Drs. Harm Jan Bouwknegt
Vergouwen Overduin, CEO

Harm Jan Bouwknegt is CEO at Vergouwen Overduin. He learned the training profession at Vergouwen Overduin, and later held HRM and HRD management positions at various organisations. In 1998, he returned to Vergouwen Overduin as a manager, and joined the board of directors in 2004. In March 2009, Harm Jan Bouwknegt took Boudewijn Overduin's place as managing director.
